As AI, automation and connected systems take on more complex and consequential roles, identity and access are not enough. Enterprises need a way to determine whether consequential actions are authorised before execution, across digital and physical environments, with the right people, in the right context, for the right reasons.
But a critical question remains: Should this specific action be allowed to execute right now?
Actveris was founded to address that missing control layer. We call it Runtime Authority.

WHY WE STARTED ACTVERIS
A new generation of systems requires a new generation of control.
The idea behind Actveris started with a simple observation. As AI and autonomous systems became more capable, organisations were gaining unprecedented technological power, but the mechanisms used to control that power were still largely based on architectures designed for people, applications and predefined workflows.
The founders saw an emerging gap. A system could be correctly authenticated. It could hold legitimate access rights. It could operate exactly as designed. And yet the action it was about to take might still be inappropriate, unauthorised, too risky, outside its delegated authority or require human approval.
The problem was no longer only access. It was authority at the moment of action.
Actveris was created around the belief that enterprises need an independent, enforceable authority layer between intent and consequence. That principle became Runtime Authority Infrastructure.
