1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of actveris.com and public materials made available through it. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms apply to the public website only. Any Actveris product, proof of concept, enterprise deployment, subscription, licence, professional service or other commercial engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

2. Website Content

The website provides information about Runtime Authority Infrastructure, Actveris research, enterprise use cases, publications, industry perspectives and related topics. Website content is provided for general informational, research and business-evaluation purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, investment, financial, medical, safety-engineering or other professional advice.

3. Research Publications and Technical Materials

Actveris Research publications may contain conceptual models, proposed architectures, research propositions, illustrative scenarios and evaluation methods. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such material should not be interpreted as a product warranty, certification, regulatory approval, independent validation, or guarantee of implementation performance.

Where a publication contains a specific disclosure boundary, qualification, limitation or version statement, that statement forms part of the context in which the publication should be read.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, Actveris name and branding, publication design, text, graphics, diagrams, research constructs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Actveris and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download and print publicly available materials for your own legitimate personal, academic or internal business use, provided that attribution, copyright notices, trademarks and other proprietary notices are preserved. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, materially modify or commercially exploit substantial portions of Actveris content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

References to third-party names, standards, frameworks or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or infrastructure; circumvent technical restrictions; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; scrape the website at a volume that materially degrades service; or use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants authorisation to conduct penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service testing, destructive testing or access to non-public systems. Security reports should be made under the Security page and vulnerability reporting process.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or embed content from third-party services, including document-hosting, research, standards and other external sites. Actveris does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Access to a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, withdraw or update website content at any time. We do not undertake to keep every page, publication, link or feature available indefinitely. Published research may be updated by version, superseded or archived.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its public content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties as to uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy for a particular purpose, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Actveris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website or its informational content. Any limitation or exclusion applies only to the extent it is fair, reasonable and legally enforceable in the relevant circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data in connection with the public website is described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Security and Vulnerability Reporting

Security concerns should be reported in accordance with our Security page. A report does not create authority to access, alter, disrupt or test systems beyond any scope expressly authorised by Actveris in writing.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to a user under the law of another jurisdiction. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the public website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date stated at the top of the page.
